The Residence Casa Italia offers very comfortable apartments completely renovated with taste and Italian design, while observing the tone and historical design of the place. Indoors on request of the property you can reserve private parking space with an additional supplement cost, or offer the possibility of book a car cover parking only 200 meters. from the residence.
The convenient location offers you the opportunity to access the `center of the city in just 5 minutes, with underground station Křižikova in the YELLOW metro line B or tram, the tram stations are adjacent to the Residence, daytime N. 24 or 8 or in the night No. 52, - stops near the Residence have all the same name (Křižíkova).
All apartments are equipped kitchen, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi.

The staff are fabulous and very helpful. The room itself was large and spacious, a gorgeously decorated apartment more than worth the money I spent for the two nights I stayed here. They offer a breakfast in the mornings for about three euros. The kitchen came stocked with a good amount of bottled beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, as well as some meal and snack type items that you were allowed to consume for a meager price. Location-wise, it was a great place to stay. It's near the Metro, there are bus/tram lines that run nearby, and with a handy city map it is easy to figure out where to go for Prague's main attractions.

Reviewed January 2009We have just returned from a week at the Residence Casa Italia. The REsidence Casa Italia is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before. I would say this is the best Residence we have ever stayed in on holiday. This Residence is not expansive and the manager is funny and professional.

Reviewed March 2010My Husband and I have stayed at Residence Casa Italia on 3 different occasions and each time it has been great! The residence is a bit off the beaten track but the Metro is literally next to the complex.
When you arrive you are always warmly greeted and welcomed into the familys' front room to check in. The make sure you have everything you need and then show you to your apartment. Bearing in mind we have stayed at 3 different apartments now, they have all been brilliant! Clean, warm and inviting! I can not say enough good things about this place and it costs practically nothing to stay here!
